STAGE 2 - PLANNING APPLICATION

We shall then act as your agent in the formal planning and building regulation process

and upon your approval of the design, a PLANNING APPLICATION will be

prepared and submitted.

It may become necessary to vary the preferred design in order to secure planning

authority support. Formal planning approval takes between 2-3 months from submission

and is usually subject to various conditions some of which may need to be discharged

before the works can commence - most usually relate to standard matters

such as timing (planning approvals usually last for 3 years only from approval)

 but there may be more specific conditions of detail directly related to your application.

The remaining 50% balance of our fees will become payable upon receipt of planning approval.
