STAGE 1 - SURVEY & SKETCH DESIGN

The usual process will involve a site visit involving a measured survey of your existing property,

taking your instructions on a design brief and developing your ideas

 with our design and technical expertise.

(Please be aware that we would not proceed unless the proposal

had a genuine prospect of securing approval.)

A written fee quotation will be supplied and your instructions to proceed

confirmed with a 50% deposit taken with your order.

The survey of the existing will be drawn up together with a sketch plan of the proposal.

Drawings will be CAD based and will be supplied for your approval as hard copy

and can also be sent as PDF images via electronic mail. This information will allow

budget costs and the identification of resource availability from a number of prospective

building contractors. We can also introduce you to our own network of known,

preferred building contractor partners depending

upon the nature and scale of the proposal.
